We did end up ordering a “Canadian Bitch” which has bacon, peanut butter and maple syrup (pictured above) and a “Buttered up Bitch” which is with butter and jam. With so many savory and sweet options, all with creative name, making a decision wasn’t so easy. Once it opened, the line was moving very quickly so the pressure was on to decide what we wanted. ![]() We headed there on a Saturday morning, when we arrived a few minutes before 8 am, there was a short lineup in front of the place. When we stumbled upon this place, we knew we had to try it! We stayed near the Pike Place Market and decided to check out the Biscuit Bitch at Caffé Lieto location. While traveling, we always try to find unique sounding places to check out. If you are looking for a quick bite and aren’t afraid of carbs, the Biscuit Bitch Seattle is the place for you.
